Town of Snowflake Standard Preapproved Housing Plans
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-461.19, the Town of Snowflake has developed the following standard preapproved housing plans. These plans are available for use in accordance with Town requirements and applicable law.
Approval of a standard preapproved housing plan does not constitute approval for construction on a specific property. Each proposed project must comply with all applicable zoning regulations, development standards, engineering requirements, utility requirements, and adopted building codes before a building permit may be issued.
