Prior to each Council meeting, an agenda of the meeting is prepared. The agenda provides a procedural framework for the Council meetings, organizing in a logical manner the items that are scheduled for discussion. Agendas for each regular Council meeting are available at Town Hall on the Friday prior to Council meeting or may be obtained at Council meetings. The agenda is posted outside Town Hall, the Post Office, and the Public Library for public viewing to comply with the Arizona Open Meeting Law Act (follow this link for information on Open Meeting Law). The agenda is also posted online below. Topics to be placed on the agenda must meet certain requirements; please contact the Town Clerk for more information.

Town Council meetings may be broadcast live on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. on the Town of Snowflake Facebook Page. (Exceptions include meetings that are cancelled or rescheduled.)  Archived videos of previous meetings are also available on the Town of Snowflake Facebook Page.
