Each of these parcels lie within the Town limits, providing municipal utilities. Many of the new homes and homesites are within view of the new Snowflake Temple; some are within walking distance.
Just north of the golf course lie 1.5 acre parcels that sell for approximately $20,000 per parcel, and include access to the Town potable water system.

A variety of existing homes to suit a broad range of lifestyles and budgets are available. For example, entry level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1400 SF homes on a quarter acre sell in the range of $85,000-125,000.
Mid-ranged homes are priced between $150,000-200,000 for 2500-3500 SF homes on a quarter acre. Custom homes can be found in the area, overlooking the community, adjacent to the golf course, and within walking distance to the new temple, in the range of $300,000-400,000.
